Had an issue with axillary part of the job, they were very prompt and concerned with correcting the issue. Would use them again.

Worst customer service ever. We have raw sewage in our basement. Root-rooter told us they'd be at our house between 10am and 2pm. We took the day off work to wait for the technician. They called a couple of times throughout the day with one lame excuse after another, but assured us each time that someone would come to our home before the day was over. At 7:45PM they finally called to let us know that they wouldn't be able to come before 11am the following day. Roto-rooter, you are NOT the only plumber in town, we have raw sewage in our basement, it's gross. We would appreciate a plumber who shoots us straight so that we could get on with our lives and work with a more reliable company. How do you run your business like this?! Future clients be ware. This critique is more valuable than you are, Roter-rooter. We hope you take this review and our better bureau complaint seriously.

The company did a very poor job of scheduling which ended in waiting too long and rescheduling only to have the next scheduled time pushed out. The technician who finally arrived did a wonderful job and she deserves a 5 Star rating. (Natalie Gasich) Keep her onboard as she is an asset!

Sewer lines only came out and repaired our sewer lines. They were reliable dependable, friendly, reasonably priced, got our job done in a very timely manner. I would recommend him without reservation.
