Roscoe fixed a plumbing leak in my basement. He was very pleasant and quickly figured out how to do the repair. Said it would take about an hour and was finished on time.

Brandon was the plumber that came out and installed a faucet. He was on time, professional, friendly and thorough. He was helpful in answering any questions I had.Making an appointment on line was very easy. They responded quickly. Reasonably priced. I'd definitely use Tipping Hat again.

This was a weekend emergency call for a leak originating in an upstairs bathroom and running into a basement bedroom. I was able to get a same day appointment within 2 hours of my morning call. Eric showed up on time and found the problem quickly. He explained the problem and solution. He was very thorough and completed the job quickly. He answered all my questions professionally. From the get go they were professional, communicative, straight forward and fair.We decided to get our furnace replaced by Golden West in large part because of Chris and their competitive offer. We are so happy we went with them.Joshua, Clay, and Chris did an amazing job when it came to removal and install. They were a joy to be around and took care of business. They kept our house clean, were respectful and very helpful.I couldn't imagine going with another company and I am glad we didnt.I will recommend Golden West to everyone that I can.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
