I highly recommend Paul. Your search for a great plumber is over! He is quick to respond to a call, professional, on time, and does an excellent job. He has done work for me several times-installing water lines for a washer, repairing pipes, installing new faucets. He provides an estimate before he starts the job. And, he provides exceptional value for his services.
Recently, I texted him on a Sat evening when a faucet broke and he got back to me right away with questions and suggestions on a replacement to have on hand when he showed up on Mon AM. I appreciated him pointing out a pipe that was failing and taking care of that on his visit, too. The best!

Predatory pricing: Read the reviews from Horizon's other location on W. Thomas Ave. to see other customers who experienced similar scams. Horizon came out and its tech told my wife that the capacitor had gone out, causing the compressor to go as well. Since they don’t repair parts on R22 units, the tech claimed we would have to purchase a new AC . . . cool. The tech sent out a salesperson for the new AC unit a few days later and the scam escalated--she said I also needed to replace the furnace because my current blower was incompatible. If I was getting everything replaced, which I plan to do eventually, I wanted it done right, so I had a lot of questions and requests. The responses I got were incoherent garbage from a trained scam artist. I am an engineer and was shocked by the salesperson's claims regarding the superiority of their systems while she was unable to explain basic aspects of their design and function. The verbal quote she gave me for the AC and furnace replacement in my less than 2,000 square foot house was ~$16-18k. In the end, Horizon realized I was not going to be scammed by them and called me back to say they did not see us as a fit. A few days later, Northglenn HVAC came out and fixed my system for $167. There was no need for a new AC at all; we just needed a new capacitor and it was good to go. It’s been running smooth keeping the $15,833+ I saved cool ever since. Get multiple quotes but don’t let one of them be from Horizon.

We are relatively new customers of Swan. Every contact with them so far, from the office staff to the field personnel, has been great. Shane O’Brien came out today to perform our a/c and plumbing maintenance. He was precisely on time and was pleasant, friendly, thorough and obviously knowledgeable. He offered to show me exactly what he was doing and why, and answered all my questions with patience and good humor. He even spotted a small furnace issue (not why he was there) and fixed it. A really great encounter to add to our list of “why we are so happy we found Swan”!

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

Called Todd's for a tankless water heater installation. I was able to get a quote the next day and schedule an appointment immediately. Mike installed everything. He was super patient, answered all my questions, and detailed everything out for me. Now I have hot water and I'm very happy with the service.

Note: There was an issue paying Mike with PayPal. Payment eventually went through but PayPal created a lot of issues for us. So don't use PayPal.

On a Friday, our 12 yr old water heater just quit heating the water. No leaks or busted lines. There was a separate box on the old water heater that kept blinking Lock. Contacted the 800# for the water heater and after going through the override process, it was determined a technician was required.
I contacted my home warranty company on Sunday and they dispatched To A T Plumbing. Nate and Kameron came out on Monday, looked the unit over and said they would submit their report to the warranty company.
I found no fault with To A T Plumbing. Camilla in the office did everything possible to get the warranty company to approve the removal of my dead water heater and installation of a new unit.
As cold showers and a sink full of dishes were getting out of hand, we went ahead and had To A T 8nstall a new water heater. I will deal with the warranty company separately.
Steve came out on Wednesday morning and began uninstalling our old unit. He was very re-assuring that getting the old unit out of our cramped laundry room would be no problem. And he was right!
The new Bradford White unit was installed and within
a couple of hours and we had hot water by late afternoon. It works great and I am so pleased with the professionalism and response of To A Team Plumbing. A great team. And they are very tech savvy and on top of the whole situation. They know what they are doing. Customer Care and Service is Job 1 with them.

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Zero stars if it this was an option. I was paired up with this company on behalf of Home Depot. I was given an all in price for a water heater replacement i.e. it would cost no more or no less than the price given. This sales tactic was used to convince me that they had better price than Lowe’s. In other words, I was told even though the price with Lowe’s was lower in didn’t tell the whole story with permit fees, taxes etc. To be 100% sure on price quoted from Delta Mechanical I even offered to send pictures of existing heater and setup. I was told they weren’t needed and the price given would be the true cost. Once the technician arrived he tried to say the install would cost $300-$500 more. They have no integrity what so ever. The technician even said “well you should have just gone with Lowe’s. After the price inflation, lies and the last statement I asked the technician to leave. We’ll be going with a different company. Let this be a lesson to Brian Buckley at Delta Mechanical. Act with morals and integrity.
