These folks were great. They got me scheduled very quickly, within a day, whereas other companies were saying it would take 2 weeks to come out. The tech was on time & very professional and easy to talk to. He performed diagnostic tests on my furnace blower and AC unit and identified the issues. I chose to do the repair work myself to save on cost, but the tech took the time to answer all my questions and give me tips on how to do the job. He was very informative and very helpful. This company was easy to work with, straight forward, and helpful.

Writing this review while Vaughn from Spartan is still here. We got the run around from multiple big name plumbing companies and were at our wit's end with trying to figure out what was going on. Spartan Plumbing was a last ditch hope that we could get some answers. Vaughn showed up and walked through all of the problems that had been reported by the previous companies and proceeded to disprove them. He walked me through each problem providing pictures and explaining what was going on. He was extremely helpful and really great to work with. Spartan Plumbing has won a lot of trust in me. I will absolutely use their services again, Vaughn especially.

We looked on the internet for a reliable plumber to use in our townhome. We found Plumbers Near Me, LLC with a lot of 5 star reviews. Called them up explaining we needed repair work done on our water line going to our refrigerator and some work done to install a bidet on our main toilet. We were given a basic estimate of $175. So we made an appointment for the soonest date possible. A young man named Johnathan, showed up to our townhome on time. We explained and showed him the repair work we needed done. He correctly, within code took care of all of our repair work in a timely manner. After the repair work was done, we were very easily able to pay for everything using our credit card. It was great talking with Johnathan. We are very glad we had our plumbing work done by Plumbers Near Me LLC and especially happy Johnathan was the service man who took care of our repair work. Afterwards, we asked for a quick estimate on replacing our hot water heater located in the basement. Our overall impression, is Plumbers Near Me LLC is one of the best companies available. We will definitley use them again in the future.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Absolutely terrible. They lie on their quotes and end up charging more. When we complained, and noted the discrepancy we spoke with the owner and were told there's nothing they would do about it. Not even a single attempt to rectify the dollar amount difference. They may offer free estimates, but they do not abide by them in the least.

This company cares nothing about their customers or providing honest, up-front costing. Stay away.

Your call service has the duty to know the full price when asked for the full price, or you have the duty to respect what was done. To be fully clear, we have never disputed the additional charge for resetting the toilet -- so please maintain your professionalism and do not post misleading or tainted responses.

Additionally, the plumber showed up more than 30 minutes prior to the start of the appointment, not 10min, and therefore we were not there. There was also not a refusal to pay, but a discussion that we had been in contact with the office. The plumber offered to send the invoice later, which was appropriate given the dispute. Facts provided by this vendor's response are false and again fail to take responsibility or provide even a modicum of customer service. Other potential customers should keep in mind that this company chose to prioritize a small amount of money over customer service or fair dealings. If they claim otherwise, then we are happy to see actual action on their part.

It is also unprofessional and untrue to claim any threats were made. We are well within our rights to write reviews and warn others of our experience. Companies should expect this when they fail to act appropriately.
