I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

I broke my main intake valve and had no water in the house on a saturday. I have twin one year old daughters and could not make it the whole weekend without water. I called Around the Clog and Doug was there within an hour, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me extra for the weekend call. I highly recommend Doug and his wife, family owned businesses need all the support we can give them. Excellent service and response time, great price given the circumstances, and a great guy.

UPDATE: I needed Around the Clog again for a busted toilet drain pipe. Doug fixed it in less than an hour and only charged me $100. Excellent company and highly recommended.

Issaid A. Was very professional and took the time to explain to me the problem and that my hot water heater didn’t need to be replaced, only repaired. He gave me a quote and then was able to fix the problem the same day. Better still, he had all the parts in the truck, which in my experience is a first! Very organized and competent and laughed at all my jokes sincerely. This company is everything all the outstanding reviews say. I’m definitely keeping them on my list of repairmen and will use them again. Plus, they give a one year guarantee. I will also recommend this company to my neighbors.

Once again Travis came through for us. This time we had him out to fix a leak in water supply line to our sprinkler system and to install two new toilets. He was able to work to our schedule with no problem. In fact, he was able to show up earlier than expected. When he completed this project, he asked if there was anything else we needed so we asked for an estimate for replacing our old water supply line to our refrigerator ice maker. He gave us an estimate (reasonable as usual) so we told him we’d get back to him. We called Kelly a couple of weeks later and worked with her in setting up an appointment. (She is also a pleasure to work with!)
Travis came out and had everything completed in the estimated time. We continue to be pleased beyond our expectations with the service we get each time with Travis and his group.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

I have purchased some fixtures and a sink from the remodeling side of the company (Christopher's Showroom). The plumbing side was able to help install my sink for me. I had such a great experience with both sides. The plumbers were very polite and respectful. They were able to answer all of my questions about my new products. I will continue to use them in the future. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

After 12 years in our new home, we noticed the hot water was beginning to run short during showers/baths. Our next door neighbor had their hot water heater fail catastrophically on them earlier in 2015, causing a flood in their basement, and knowing that the homes are the same age, we weren't shocked when ours started having problems. I found Swan on the Internet, but they had a great gal, Candace, who answered my call and advised she could have a technician out the next morning by 9. We got a follow-up call that evening to confirm the appointment, and our technician arrived right on time. Within 3 hours our water heater had been replaced and the old one removed...back in business. Charles did a great job with helping me figure out a plumbing issue that I had with my bathroom pipes. He responded to my call quickly and was able to replace the problem pipe in the same day. Charles is very transparent with his pricing and doesn’t try to upsell any plumbing work, which is awesome. I’m thankful I found a Friendly Plumber here in Denver.

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
