Best New Fixture in Denver CO

Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. Shawn spent 2 days at my place making sure everything was fixed and in working order with great attention to detail for a very reasonable price. Thank you again Shawn.

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. First time using TCF but we will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

Jason arrived on time, reviewed the installation with me, and began immediately. He also gave me a cost estimate at that time. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done in the time frame expected. Then he checked his work for leaks and to make sure that both faucets and the new disposal were working properly. All in all, an excellent job delivered in a professional, but very friendly manner.

I've been using Horizon for over 6 years now and I've been extremely pleased with their service. We are on their maintenance plan so that they service our home twice a year. They do excellent job in keeping everything running in top capacity for our home.

When I look for professional help, there are 3 things I look for:
1. Knowledgeable and skilled - I look for people that not just gives me a price but explains what they are doing and why they recommend it. A good indicator is how meticulous they in assessing your situation and every situation is different but you should walk away feeling like you know exactly what they will do.
2. Value - Don't mistake value for price. Just like most things in life, professional jobs are expensive. I always question cheap estimates. Their prices are competitive.
3. Do you feel comfortable or confident? This one is one that is hard to judge but when I walk away from an estimate, I should feel confident and should have not questions unanswered. Additionally, if after Im done and take time to think about the estimate if I have too many questions remaining, it just means they didn't do a good job of explaining what they plan to do. It's on them since they are the experts and provide information that you may not think about.

WHE met all three criteria for me. I highly recommend them. I will recommend them to friends and family and I don't do that often.

Christopher's Plumbing has been an incredible asset as a first time homeowner. I couldn't ask for more helpful people or more prompt service. Over the course of a year, they have installed a hot water heater and adjusted my toilet connection, and fixed shower valve. Walt even did a quick run to the house when I had a leak in the basement (turned out to be a sewer issue), recommended a company to help and stayed to make sure I was taken care of prior to leaving. Tommy quickly fixed my shower and is always kind and professional (even as my dog attempts to help him). I always would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing fix big or small! I'm so grateful to have found them (and that they keep putting up with me!).

Jeff has been quick to resolve my plumbing issues, several times now. He and his assistant are courteous, clean and trustworthy. They have done work while I am away from home and everything was left neat as a pin! Mr. Plumber gets my recommendation and five stars!!

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.
I like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent.
If you want it done right the first time, don't mess around. Call Bill.

Had a crew come out for a gas line install for our outdoor grill. Andy and Josh did an awesome job, were able to overcome some unforeseen obstacles, and still completed everything in a timely manner. 2nd time I’ve used Golden West in the past 3 months (prior was for a completely separate issue) and I honestly won’t be calling any other shop in the future.
