A/C stopped working on 4th of July while baking! We got HOT! Called our home warranty company and they couldn't find anyone for 2 days. I called Tipping Hat and they were here the next morning and got it done right away! Ben was helpful, professional, friendly and answered every question patiently and clearly. I've used them before and they are always great. Love them!!!

My A/C stopped working in 100 deg. The technician that came in (Cody) was nice enough, but it felt like a sales job to me. He ran a $200 diagnostic that apparently indicate I needed a new capacitor. So a $500 capacitor, along with a $500 coil cleaning. The system worked for about 20 minutes, just long enough for the technician to be gone. So after spending $1,000 in repairs, it is 90 degrees and sweltering hot in my house. The guy will come back tomorrow, probably to tell me I need to buy a $12,000 new system from them and they'll credit me the $1,000. If they couldn't fix it, they should have said so. The trust is gone, so I will not buy a new system from them (credit or not). Terrible day.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up with Blue Sky without really knowing anything about the company. We had received a mailer right about the time we needed the tune-up, so they were who we went with. How fortunate it turned out to be! Jerome was the technician who arrived. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. He showed to me, and explained to me, basically the whole inner workings of the furnace. I really felt like he knew what he was talking about and it was so helpful to receive so much information. I never felt as if any of his recommendations were untrue or just designed to line the company pockets. In this day and age of poor customer service, it was great to have such a good experience!

They came out to Winterize my Swamp Coole, and it was quick, easy... and he even gave me some insider advice about how to best care for the unit. And -- I didn't have to wait weeks for the appointment! It was within a few days of my phone call.

I had them replace 2 toilets in my bar. They have worked fantastic! And when someone broke one they helped fix it. Ben is super super friendly, and knowledgeable I def recommend him for anything plumbing related!!

I used doctor fixit Mike the sales man told me he didn't care about the air conditioning not working right he said that he won't fix it. The new unit runs for 12 hours straight does not turn off for one degree I would never use them and I'm telling everyone not to use them they are not in it to help you they just want your money. They don't care after they install it the house still stays hot and Mike is very rude and if you call there office no one can help. They come instill take your money and leave thats there model. Do your research before using this company. My name is Jason and i spent 25,000 on this they are the worst company go through tipping hat the people there listen to your problem and would do it right thing. I wish i could turn back time. If you use doctor fixit good luck say good by to service and getting the right unit for your house horrible company. Walk away from them as fast as possible. They know how to sell you on the roungh thing injoy your hi electric bill and have a hot house. Mike is the worst sales man told me i know nothing and i was stupid but my house is still hot. If you like to be called stupid go through them.
