Our A/C was short cycling and Swan sent Adam out to our house immediately after my call. Adam was able to diagnose the issue quickly (and at no charge since we are Club members) and solve it within an hour. Adam was professional, courteous and cleaned up every speck of mess from the repairs.We have been a Swan customer for a few months and would highly recommend them. The work is always done quickly and thoroughly. They don’t gloss over issues - they fix them on time within the quote provided. They replaced our main furnace and AC (not the unit that was having issues today!) and found an electrical line that was insufficient for the load of our two AC systems. They pulled new electrical and installed a new outlet at no additional charge.We are very happy with Adam’s work today, as well as the other employees we have met on other repairs. Adam, Jeison and Drillon are awesome!

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Awesome experience!!! I am truly grateful for Brendan and Golden West. I called them because I had received an estimate for over $9k for a new furnace, the previous company said my furnace wasn’t repairable so I needed a new one and also told me my ac had to be replaced as well. Brendan came in and checked everything thoroughly and was able to repair my furnace. Brendan was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. So so glad I called them to get a second opinion. 😊😊😊

Incredibly professional and quick on the phone. Pointed out that one of the jobs I requested wasn’t necessary based on my piping layout instead of taking advantage of me. Very fast and courteous. Helped me find the items I’d need for my hose project on Amazon before leaving my unit. Will come back again!
