The first tech that came to look at it explained where that noise was coming from and showed me the inside of my 20 yo furnance and how bad it really was. He asked a supervisor to come over as well. After talking to both Kodiak and Josh, the tech, I decided to schedule a furnace replacement with them. Kodiak explained the levels of furnace options they had, financing and their price match guarantee. And even encouraged me to get quotes from other companies. The install team arrived the next day and completed their work on time and cleaned up after everything they did. Overall it was great, as financially painful as replacing a furnace can be!

We had Dr Fix-it install our water heater in the spring. Our plumber, JUSTIN M. did an incredible job. We had some additional plumbing needs and he greatly improved upon other companies recommendations and the cost was less. His workmanship was truly superb. This is what I value: A smart and honest plumber who is a true craftsman! Well when we needed a furnace Dr Fix-It was our first choice but we also wanted some comparisons of course. We interviewed 3 companies (we interviewed 5 companies when we did the water heater). All of them were very good but Dr Fix-It was more thorough in their analysis and better educators on furnaces. They gave us well defined choices and did not hard sell any of them.We wanted Justin to do the work but his specialty is plumbing. Well its hard to believe but the furnace tech, JEISON M. was equally smart and honest and a true craftsman. We truly are glad we found Dr Fix-It. This type of work can be costly and they have proven to us to be an honest, ethical and fair pricing company. And they do great work!Oh yeah... and our consultant on the furnace was SHANE. He is a top shelf guy and we really appreciate his help in getting us the right furnace and a great install! A God send you all were. Thank you thank you.And we did have a follow up need with our install and JUSTIN made the fix in the same excellent fashion we now count on.
