We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

We replaced our furnace and air conditioner - a significant project. Tipping Hat was extremely professional, the quality of the installation top notch and there was an in person follow up visit the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I have used them before (hot water heater replacement) and I had been pleased with that job as well. They are not a discount business but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Their prices were in line with other quotes but they also offer different price levels if you wanted to go with less of an investment. Bonus - they offered a discount because we paid up front instead of financing. We would use them again for sure.

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

I called last Monday morning to see if Christopher's Plumbing could service 3 high end faucets and David who answered the phone said he could work me into their schedule either for the next day which was Tuesday between 1-3p or Thursday between 1-3p with their plumber Rick. David made a point to tell me that he would definitely call me back later on Monday to confirm that Rick would be coming on Tuesday because he knows how important my time is and he didn't want me just waiting around. I did not get a call back on Monday so I called Tuesday morning and spoke to David. He again said he would call me back in just a bit to see if Rick would be coming that afternoon between 1-3p. I never heard anything back from David and Rick did not show up. Come around Thursday I still never got a call back from David and still did not have anyone show up to complete my repairs. Unfortunately these days the art of customer service has really taken a nose dive but for someone to make a point that they are going to call you back because they know how precious your time is and then not call back is shameful! I have seen other terrible reviews and I should have trusted my gut instinct. Terrible customer service for being a family owned company for so many years...maybe the owners are retiring and the kids are taking over and unfortunately they have never been taught the proper way to have good customer service. My recommendation, don't use these guys!

Charley plumbed my basement and did a great job. Friendly, professional and on time. Good guy to know.

These guys were great! Super responsive and great about getting back to us. We've had a lot of plumbing work at our house and the pricing/quote Jon provided seemed really reasonable. He was great about talking through our issues and being upfront about what the fix was. We'll definitely be using them again!

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Max did an amazing job repairing a pipe that had burst during record-breaking cold and also replaced an outside faucet. He also repaired my gas logs which hadn't worked in years. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, and got the work done quickly. I'll definitely call To the T with any future issues.
