Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Spartan installed a clean out on my main line. I got several quotes and Jeremiah was the most straight forward and gave a reasonable price. Work was done expeditiously and clean. They give you a 2 year warranty also.

Darn, after 10+years of using Elite, they have started to hire extremely sub par plumbers. Took three tries and a flooded laundry room before they could get a simple washer/dryer hook up right. Too bad Elite.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

I wanted to thank Ipc plumbing & drain cleaing for coming out on such fast notice on Christmas day. They where so nice and respectful in our home. The price was fair for sure. We will use and recommend to family and friends.
