It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

From the initial phone call, Lisa was kind and professional. She was caring and listened to our needs, our plumber Tracy was experienced and explained every step of the video sewer line process! Tracy is awesome! Savannah made sure we had the report and video on time. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided to us! Highly recommended!! Thank you guys!

Kyle was great! I have tree roots and Kyle was able to get the drain flowing and even offered to put me on a yearly maintenance plan where Around the Clog comes yearly and deals with my ailing sewer system.

24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC dispatched plumbers who performed a walk-through of the
main valve and water heater. Their work was good and they left the are tidy which was quite
pleasant.

I am updating my original review. 1st one was a 1 star, now I am changing to a 5 star. Spoke with one of the higher ups today. He understood my concern and 1st words out of his mouth was we have some training to go over or something along those lines. The fact he realized there was a problem, agreed with Mr, and is retraining his staff so this doesn't happen again to someone else. That I'd what management should do. I really appreciate the professionalism by him, he showed he cared for us as clients and he showed he cared about his employees enough to retrain them vs, getting them in trouble. Wish more managers are like the gentleman I spoke with this morning. I will be using you guys again. Thank you for being honest and having integrity.
