Mile High was able to get a plumber out to my location the next day, and at a very reasonable price. Sean showed up on time (even a little early!), and was quick to get the job done! Very friendly, and professional!

THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW EVER!! AVOID THIS PLUMBER!!! They responded to this rating to justify their service. They were argumentative and defensive on the phone. They did not try to rectify the situation. I had a leaky faucet. They charged me $370 because their plumber couldn’t figure out how to put the faucet back together. I used to be a long time customer of this business. No More!! To start with they sent 2 plumbers to my house, One stood around and did absolutely nothing and I still had to pay for both. They came to fix 2 leaking sinks in my master bath. It was a straight forward job, but it took them 2 hours to figure out how to put the faucet back on. I was told their rates had changed AFTER they finished the job. It took them 2 hours to fix. I was charged $395 and I didn’t need parts. NEVER AGAIN. (This is the first review I have ever left. I wanted to warn others.)

They were timely, courteous of my home, and very knowledgeable about solving my case.

The technicians came over to fix my bathtub. They were super quick in every aspect. They did a same-day estimate, and did the job just a couple of days later when all the equipment was available.
