Had a need of replacing the disposal with all the piping. When the technician was done and I decided to check his work, some of the pipes were loose or even completely untighten. So I did it myself in front of him. You decide if the level of such labor worth $400 that I paid... Other than that the communication with the dispatcher regarding the appointment was really good.

Had our AC and furnace tuned up and he did an amazing job! Went out of his way to take a look and clean up our furnace.

I really appreciate how the technician went above and beyond to find and install the replacement part for a 50-year old heater, so I could have heat in the middle of a blizzard. Combine that with his friendly and professional demeanor, and it made for a very pleasant service call.

I woke up on a freezing cold day with no hot water and a full day of work ahead (I needed a shower!). I found Charlie based on reviews online, and he was at my house in an hour. He was on the way to another job, but took the time to take a look, see if it could be fixed quickly, and diagnose the problem. He made time at the end of the day to replace the control board on my water heater. I really appreciated his responsiveness, efficiency, quality and fair price. He was super patient with me while reviewing my options on a new water heater, answered all of my questions, and I ultimately felt so comfortable moving forward same day. Aaron had come the day before and took great notes, so Luis had everything ready in case I wanted to move forward, and I’m SO thankful I did.Don’t waste your time shopping around if you think you want to.
