I had a wonderful experience with Roto Rooter. I found my basement drain backed up from a plugged sewage line early in the morning and set up an appointment on their site. I got a call within 20 minutes, and the plumber arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time, finished his work BEFORE the predicted time and offered us some helpful suggestions. He was extremely cordial and very pleasant to deal with. I seriously can't think of a single complaint I could make about the entirety of the process.

I just had Jeff replace some pipes under my kitchen sink. The hose had been leaking for a while it seems unknown to me. It had gone on long enough to get a serious bit of rust. I was concerned it was going to rupture even if I just looked at it too long. He took care of it no problem, and I had him remove my old faucet and install a new one I had purchased. He did a fantastic job, was clean and tidied up everything when he was done. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend this gentleman. He is in my phone contacts now for any future issues and to pass along if I'm asked for a plumber.
