I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Roto-Rooter recently cleaned the sewer line at the home I am hoping to buy so that we could do a second sewer scope and assess any needed repairs. They were very helpful and talked me through the whole process very patiently. (Minus one star because it was a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but service was great).

Even though they were not able to clear my line, the guys were courteous and professional.

My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).
