Best Floor Drain Cleaning in Denver CO

I’ve been arguing with myself on whether or not to post this, but I feel like my experience has been less than spectacular. I called Drain Terrier last week to come and give me a quote for replacing some floor drains (as they kept backing up and the drains have seen better days). When I called, I was promptly scheduled for a mid-morning appointment. Lisa and Savannah were both super nice and professional. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call about 30 minutes before my appointment that other jobs are taking longer than expected and was asked if we could move my appointment back (understandable, and I mean, I get it). So my appointment was moved back by a few hours. This happened one more time that day and my technicians, Gary and another, finally came around 4-5 pm. They were friendly and courteous and listened to what I was concerned about. They didn’t have the proper equipment with them to scope my floor drains so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. The next day, Gary and a different guy, show up right on time and with the right equipment. They quickly scoped my floor drains and found two really bad dips and really bad scaling/corrosion within the cast iron and recommended replacing all cast iron in my basement. I requested a quote for that and they mentioned that I would receive the scope video in my email shortly after my appointment. Fast forward a week, my sewer has backed up a couple more times and I’ve had a couple other plumbers out to give me quotes (doing my due diligence, they’re actually pretty competitively priced) and I still have not received a scope video. I’ve called and been told twice that “we will have it to you by the end of the day.” We will see if I actually ever get it. Due to the issues above, I would probably not recommend this company to a friend nor use their services again.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Zach was awesome! He spent most of his day at my house just to make sure it was done properly! I can’t thank Tipping Hat enough. All of the repairs I have had done by Tipping Hat have been done professionally and respectfully

I had a problem with my Water Heater tonight. Cole5492 was my Service Technician this evening. He was very polite, took my concerns in consideration and never hesitated to answer any of the questions I had. He was early and went straight to helping me with my problem, no messing around or wasteing any time. He was great, knowledgeable on his craft and resolved it fast and with no problems. He left our house giving me peace of mind. I just wish every experience could be like this. Great company but also a VERY GREAT Technician, thank you very much Cole for a great worry free experience!!

Matt showed up within about an hour of our call and did an excellent job. He answered all of our questions and tried to save us money anywhere he could. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

My drains are clear! What a great experience! Carlos arrived earlier than promised, which worked extremely well for me, and he was so kind and knowledgeable. I was very worried about having to call a plumber because I know expensive it can be. Luckily, it was a problem that was easily solved, and just in the nick of time! The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Very Impressed! The job I had for them was complicated & got even harder as they started digging. It included trenching in my basement, a crawlspace, through backyard, under a detached garage, and into ally. But everyone on their team did a great job- all the guys on site, the project manager, office staff, etc. It really felt like they were doing their best for me. They also did good work in getting the property back to its original state. Thanks!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

Ryan from Green Plumbing Solutions was excellent. He quickly resolved a plumbing issue other plumbers were unable to. They charge very fair prices for their work. Would highly recommend them!
