Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Amazing work for a reasonable price! I don’t know anything about how to fix a shower and I left it all up to him and he did a really good! I highly recommend! He also speaks Spanish!

All my interactions with the folks at Plumbline today were excellent. The office was able to fit me in today and sent Dominique out to unclog the drains. He was efficient, clean, and made sure all the clogs were taken care of, I highly recommend Plumbline and Domenique! These guys were awesome!

My shower was leaking so I reached out to Jeff and he was very quick to respond. He had a busy schedule but was able to fit me in within a couple days. The fix to my problem was only some minor caulking so Jeff left it up to me and didn't charge me a dime. I'm 100% going to call Jeff for all of my plumbing problems.

Would definitely recommend! Bruce came out to fix a leaking pipe in my garage. He dealt with the problem quickly and was very communicative throughout the entire process.

I called 3 other companies before JD. 2 had answering machines and never got back. 1 had even a call center before data then got to the coordinator and with all that fluff they only had one available between 1 to 3 pm while I called before 8 pm! JD's had a real person answering, had a better price for the diagnostic visit than the big fluff company, said the technician would arrive between 10 to 10:30, and then I got lucky I guess with the tech, Mark, arriving at 9:40 already. We had some wonky wires or door switch that made my thermostat randomly reboot. We hope we got it fixed, and despite quite checking of all voltages and wiring, I only got charged the diagnostic service fee. Talk about good first impressions! (And we laughed about the electroBoom youtube channel :) )

Don’t expect for them to keep their word on anything pertaining to timing. They’re always late, leave mid way through their job. It just feels like they do not care about their job
