Thomas made a special effort to come the same day I called him to install the plumbing for two undermount sinks. He showed up on time, did a great job, was very courteous and his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Thomas for your plumbing needs.

The technician came promised. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He carefully placed his equipment, and unclogged the drain. He cleaned up afterward and did a great job. I would be happy to call them again.

I called to schedule service yesterday morning. Their availability was 2 days out. I asked to be called if they had a cancellation. First call 4 hours later from Traci was sorry, no cancellations but we will keep you posted
Second call a few hours later from Erica was to let me know that they had a cancellation and could I get home to meet their technician, which I did. Shawn arrived as promised,took a look, got his tools, found the clog, and cleaned up the mess. 5 stars for great customer service and for sending Shawn who knows his trade!
