I contacted Elite Rooter to perform service on my sewer pump. I put a deposit down and ended up finding out my part was under warranty through a different firm. Asked for a refund of $1700 deposit and still have not received my refund.

Also they came in tore my toilet off, broke tiles and ended up not properly assessing the correct issue until they destroyed my bathroom. I would look elsewhere for service.

Daniel Wyatt has become my go to guy for any and all plumbing issues. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. He will go the extra mile for you. A few months ago he fixed our bathroom drain and explained exactly what was going on and how to keep it from happening again. Last week he came immediately when we had a flood in our basement and he cleared the drain and explained everything that was going on and put the process in motion to clean up the mess. Today he came to put a camera down that drain to show me what the state of our sewer pipes were and gave me three alternative courses of action and thoroughly explained what would be done and the price of each alternative. Daniel is the best!Israel and Jose did the basement cleanup after my flood. Because I could not be there when the work was being done, they kept in contact with me and even sent me a video and some pictures of the progress of their work. They were also great, although I hope I never have a flood again to need their services! :)I highly recommend Daniel, Israel, Jose and Roto-Rooter.

The service rep Sergio was great! He was polite and ready to get the job done. Before rushing into it he got a good understandingly what was going on and Got right to work. I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.
