Best Central Air Conditioning Service in Denver CO

We are incredibly disappointed with the service we received at Tipping Hat. We had a plumber come out to our home and provide us a quote for faucet installation, which we agreed to. So we went out and purchased new faucets for him to install. When I tried to book a second appointment for the same plumber to come and complete the installation, they sent a different person who had no record of the quote we were previously provided. When he called the original plumber who provided the quote, we were told that the plumber stated he had no memory of the job or quote he provided even though it was only one week prior to the second appointment. How could he forget that quickly and have no memory of the job. Feels like such a scam! Now we have two sets of faucets, which cost us several hundred dollars and no installation. We would not have purchased the faucets in the first place, has we not agreed to the price quoted. We will never use Tipping Hat again. I wish there were an option to select 0 stars.

Horizon has always done a great job with my Heating and Air. I have also enjoyed their dryer duct and garage door maintenance. Very professional and always available.

Awesome service! The technician Swan sent over, Ron G, arrived right on time. He explained everything thoroughly before he started and he fixed my backed up drain in no time. He was also a pretty good dude. We had a nice chat while he worked. I can't recommend this company enough. From my first phone call to the final billing, the entire process went incredibly smooth.

I cannot put into words how grateful and happy I am that I called Golden West! I had a gas heater stop working and they came by to look at it within an hour. Then they got me a replacement heater the next day. After they installed the heater though, I decided I was extra and didn’t like the aesthetics of it. They came back and replaced it for me with one I did like!! How’s that for customer service?!! I had a harder time returning moldy wooden spoons to Amazon once. Not only did they replace it, but they were helpful and friendly the entire time. They left the house looking perfect. They even drove up to Evergreen in the snow (and into my unshoveled driveway) to make sure I got the heater I wanted. Fabian and his assistant, Chris, were great :) You have a customer for life. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We called Charlie really late one night and he showed up in less than an hour! He assessed the water heater and gave us different scenarios he would take to fix it! He and his son are very knowledgeable and fair! He kept in touch to make sure we had hot water. If something was wrong, he came the next day! Thank you so much for your flexibility and time spent to ensure our family had hot water!!

Dan did a great job on a light switch repair. I interviewed several other companies before I selected Time to complete my work. Time also installed a new water heater for our house last year and they did an excellent job at that job too.
