Best Central Air Conditioning Installation in Denver CO

I used Tipping Hat last year to install a new ac unit (replacing swamp cooler), new water heater and new furnace (replacing 25 year old furnace in our “new” home). The whole process took all day, which was understandable, and took a large team of a dozen people or so. Everyone was super friendly and professional we’re very happy with the work. I thought that maybe because it was such a large project that we got the best team for the job. I’ve called Tipping Hat a couple of times for an electrical work and smaller plumping work and every time the technician would show up on time and work very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them and recommend to friends and family for job big or small. Keep up the good work!!!

I highly recommend Chris. He was prompt on the appointment time, very kind, and informative. He took the time to explain all my options for repairing vs replacing my hot water heater. I never felt rushed or pressured in making any decision. Chris walked through the issues with me as well as assisting in weighing out the various options of cost and longevity. I am so glad my husband and I decided to go with a tank-less system for our home. I look forward to a continued relationship with Swan Plumbing as I plan to have them service my unit for annual maintenance. A big thank you to Swan for sending Chris our way.

I will never use this company again. They came out Tuesday and moved a hot & cold water line, moved the drain over a tad and charged me $1250!!! One of the charges for $357 was for 3 metal shut off valves that cost $4 at Home Depot and take a total of 5 minutes to install (all 3). When I called the manager to get an explanation?...they have set prices that don't take into account materials and labor time. And then he said that they actually only charged me for 2 shut off valves. How do you arrive at $178.50 for a shut off valve that again costs $4 and takes no time to install. I understand having to charge for labor and to mark up to cover company overhead but this was ridiculous. JD's has lost my business forever.

This father & son team are great. When my hot water heater was broken; water all over the floor around 10pm, I called multiple plumbing services that stated 24/7 but no responsiveness and availability. Just before giving up I saw Simpson Home Services and called and Charlie answered right away and even FaceTime me to help me shut off the water valve. God lead me to this great service, they came in the snow storm November 26th and replaced my hot water heater and even talked to my home warranty people. Charlie even cleaned up the water on the floor. I will use them again and will recommend the to all my nursing team. Thanks again, you all are great!

Chad C. came out to do an electrical inspection for our church, he gave good advise with regard to what we needed to satisfy our insurance company's requests. He was honest with his assessment and didn't try to up-sale. Will use again for electrical work.
