Tech. was on time and assessed the issue quickly. He explained everything to me and all of my options and even gave me time to think about it (was never pushy). Was very personable (thank you Jamey for the great service). I also like how Done makes calls to let you know the tech is on the way and when they leave they call again to make sure everything went great. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost. The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.

AJ was asked to come help stop a leak on a water pipe on a Monday before 6 PM. A leak had sprung in the pipe at the house that was being cleaned before the new owners moved in. Our water softener guy could see what was needed, but since he wasn't a licensed plumber, he cut the leaky part of the pipe out & recommended that we get a plumber to to finish what he had started. All that was needed was the official connect to the pipe now with clamps. AJ came & clamped it & charged $250 just to do a 5 minute job! Not saying he's not a good plumber, but to me, he just showed poor character & downright greediness. Will not recommend him anymore.

Fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable. Honest and charged less than estimate on items that were easier than expected. Went to great effort. Highly recommend this company.
