They called ahead, arrived when they said they would, assessed the issue, provided a quote, did the repairs, put things back/lightly cleaned after themselves. Thank you!3 Stars for Scheduling - We called Roto-Rooter on Wednesday, after another company failed to show. Our appointment was scheduled for Thursday night and we were instructed to be a squeaky wheel in order to have someone show. Hour into the appointment window, we get a call saying they are over-scheduled and rescheduled for the next night (Friday). Prior to the appointment window, we get a call that again they were over-scheduled and needed to reschedule for the following morning (Saturday). Saturday morning, we get a call 30 minutes prior to our appointment window confirming they were on their way. We did not need to call ahead to ensure someone would arrive as they were scheduled.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We had a water heater with burst pipes, which clogged our drain, and we needed someone fast and really fast. Michael was amazing over the phone. he helped us shut the water off till he arrived. I would always recommend them for anyone who needs emergency plumbers in the Denver Metro area.

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much
