Best Cleaning Water in Denver CO

We were sent a bill recently for work that was never done. Neither of us signed anything. They want $1,800 for their tech ghosting us without doing the job, which was over a year ago. I’ve waited over a week for a phone call back. I keep calling and they keep telling me a manager will call me in 24 to 48 hours. Has that happened yet? No. Did I get sent the erroneous bill a second time? Yes.

We smelled gas fumes in our home. We called the local fire department and asked them to inspect our home for any possible leaks. They found no leaks. We still smelled gas, so we called our HVAC contractor. They found no leaks. We still smelled gas; this time we called a fireplace expert to come and inspect our fireplace because the fumes were sometimes emanating from the fireplace area (as well as the basement area). He found no leak either, but we still smelled gas. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Nate at To the T Plumbing and Heating. Guess what? Nate found the gas leak that no one else could find! I would give Nate and his team 6 stars if possible. Thank you!

Rich and Josh and the folks at Tyco have been over to my house a few times. They've installed a ball valve to help prevent an outdoor faucet from freezing, and also replaced my main water and pressure regulator valves. I've experienced no fallout from their work. They've always been professional and transparent about what they're doing. I appreciate that they don't charge anything until a service is rendered, and they're upfront about costs.

I've passed up on having them perform some plumbing work, not because they couldn't do it, but because they educated me about on how some of the issues I thought I was having were not issues at all or not issues that needed to be addressed immediately. I'm thankful for their integrity since I know nothing about plumbing.

Anthony came initially to help troubleshoot a leak. We thought it was found but turned out we called Time back out to look into the issue some more. It turned out to be a bigger problem than originally thought. Through all of this, Anthony was polite, professional, on time and efficient. All of this along with his plumbing knowledge helped us get our problem corrected and we are up and running again. I appreciate the speedy response from Time Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use them again for any future problems.

They replaced a water heater for us and did a good professional job. When they went to turn on the water to the house the main shutoff valve broke in the off position. They located the outside shutoff, but it also had problems and we were in the position where we might have to wait on Denver Water to fix it before we could have water back. Green solutions found a work around, worked late and got our water running that same day. We are very appreciative.

Needs service for my hot water heater and they took care of it.
