Very professional, polite, and timely response. I had a new water heater installed, had to change from a gas powered to an electric unit because they no longer make lowboy gas powered units. BF was able to get an electrical contractor out the same day of my original apt. to run a new circuit. Pricing was clear upfront, workmanship was good. BF had to make a return trip due to a minor issue with the city inspector, no additional cost for the return trip and issue was addressed quickly.

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!

Have had them install A/C, new furnace, new hot water system, and remove old solar unit. They are very professional, arrive on time, work well, and do what they say they will, and are very helpful when something unexpected arises. Their prices are fair and I recommend them highly.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

We were having a problem with our washer drain overflowing. Called At Your Service at 8 am on a Thursday morning. They said Kristian would be there between 11 and 1. I received text message update when he was on his way. He made it there around noon. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. A quick rooter of our drain fixed the problem. The rate was ~90 for the clean out of the drain and they charged a $45 fee for driving out to my location, I'm right on the boundary of their service area. Kristian was friendly and professional and provided a $10 discount for writing a review. I would definitely recommend At Your Service Plumbing Company.

Working with Jason and everyone else (forgot their names) on the crew was great! They made this job a priority and completed it professionally. I personally feel they went above and beyond and I am so happy to finally have heat and hot water back in the home. This work was completed for my mother’s home that has been without heat and hot water since 2018. Finally having the ability to get the work done and choosing a great company to work with has made this hectic process of getting Xcel Energy to turn back on the gas after the gas line has been repaired seamless.
