We reached out to Simpson Water Heater Repair with an emergency late in the day on a Friday, as our water heater was leaking in our basement and we had no idea what to do. Charlie and his son picked up their phone immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, made a short-term fix to ensure no further water damage would seep into our house, and gave us an honest assessment and fair quote for a new water heater. They were out the next day (a Saturday!) with a new water heater, which they had installed into our tight basement within two hours!

We can't thank Charlie and his son enough for how quickly they came out, how friendly and patient they were in the midst of a lot of stress, and how diligent they were throughout the installation. HIGHLY recommended!

John at Doctor Fix-it did a great job fixing my spigot in my back yard. The pipe was in an awkward location in my basement and yet he handled it efficiently and with the ease of a true professional.
