Blu Sky has replaced a water heater for me and was the only company willing to help me in an emergency situation caused by my landlord that left my family of 5 including a newborn without hot water for a whole week during the pandemic. Christian came out to help me determine if I had a gas line leak. Without having to do an expensive pressure test he was able to determine my line was sealed without having to pull everything apart. His logical and calm approach was amazing and if I needed to do a major repair I would have trusted him completely.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

Had Chris from Golden West come in for an estimate. Holy mackerel, these guys know their stuff. I'm really happy to see a company like this around. 100% effort and no pressure sales tactic. I love and appreciate that kind of interaction when I'm trying to find options for my home. We have an old boiler and will be having Golden West replace it and our water heater with a combination unit. I'll update when the system is in, right now I am so blown away by the top notch service we're getting from Golden West, just wow!
