I'm a consumer with high expectations for service, communication and performance. I also do my best to make my dollar stretch out. So, you can say I try my best to maximize what I get at the best price possible. With those factors in mind, you can't go wrong with SLO.

My experience with them started with the estimator, Jimmy. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a bit geeky (in a good way).
I love people that take their job really seriously. His communication was second to none. Then, the front of the house with Lisa is super friendly and communicative. The crew that performed the work was professional and allowed me to monitor their work (remember, I'm def not a hands off type of consumer). Finally, there were changes that needed to be made mid-stream, and SLO was always ready to be flexible.

In all, my experience with SLO was great. They installed about 55 feet of new PVC Sewer line, replacing clay. I highly, highly recommended them!

Very thorough work on our steam boiler. Working as it should have been all these years. Listened completely to our concerns and fixed them.

Despite initial problems the company resolved the problem and refunded the service fee.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

After listening to the service man tell me 3 times he is a professional plumber, he told me I would need either a brand new toilet or all of my plumbing needs replacing and my water would be shut down for 5 hours. I did some research and replaced the fill valve for $6.00 BEWARE

I called American for a leaking pipe. They sent out Crown Home Services. them come out for a leaking pipe. Crown came our and $650 later I still had the same problem. I called and left 3 messages for Crown (7 days ago). To date I have not gotten a call back. Had to call another plumber. This plumber fixed the problem within an hour and it didn't cost $650.
