I'm a huge fan of JD's Plumbing and have had nothing but completely positive experiences so far. As a homeowner in Louisville, I've benefited from their reliability - Tony has been fantastic addressing concerns. He's a problem-solver and has repaired a few issues for us. As a Realtor, I've referred them to clients (who have been VERY happy) from Boulder to Denver to Littleton for a number of different services, though I've also relied on them as experts I can call to assess potential concerns after inspections. I know people often base their reviews off cost, but my experience is that JD's Plumbing Service is reasonable and competitive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I want results, reliability and responsiveness and feel like I get that every single time. I highly recommend them!!

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Great service! I called in the afternoon and they were able to fit me in for a same day after hours appointment free of charge. They were very communicative and ended up being able to come early. Jonathan was wonderful! He was able to identify the problem and provide a no cost solution quickly. Another company had quoted me thousands of dollars worth of work and Jonathan gave me steps to try before spending money. I will definitely use AYPS again!

This is the second time I’ve had a plumbing related job that needed professional help. I called Golden West again because of the stellar job they did with my first problem - replacing/ fixing a boiler.Today Lou and Max helped me with my broken garbage disposal. Had a clog in a sewer line at our Condo building. The clog was causing water to backup into our washer, and then into my sink. Hurricane had someone out promptly, and they evaluated the situation and said they needed to get access to another room on the property to verify pipe routing before attempting to snake the pipe. Because no work was performed, they did not charge us for the visit. A few days later, access was gained and Hurricane was again out promptly, and had our issue fixed quickly. Juan, the employee who services our location was prompt, polite, and did a great job.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

My fiancé Corey and I had two appointments with Crown, first one to get our plumbing issues looked at, and 2nd one to get them fixed, where I planned to work from home to be there for them, and they never showed up for their scheduled appointments. My parents get in town on Monday for our wedding and now our plumbing issues still haven't been fixed. If you have a time schedule for getting your plumbing issues fixed, this is not the company to go with, as they are clearly unreliable in showing up for their scheduled appointments, which in my mind has shattered their accountability.
