Not only did he catch a defective gas valve that was causing a dangerous leak (I guess he has the Force on his side), but he also helped source a replacement part overnight instead of making me wait 6-8 weeks like some kind of intergalactic bounty hunter.And let's talk about Andrew for a minute. This guy is the real deal. With his Star Wars Mandalorian wedding ring and impressive beard, he's like a cross between Han Solo and Obi-Wan Kenobi. He even hails from Chicago, which I can only assume is a planet in a galaxy far, far away with a lackluster football team and second rate pizza. He was even gracious enough to leave us a few space heater droids to help heat the rebel base while he waited for parts from Peli Motto.In all seriousness - very appreciative of the work. It was a bummer to be without heat for the night, but the borrowed space heaters worked great. Andrew was back the next day, and finished the job even faster than expected. Big thumbs up.

John is ever so helpful and saved us from a very unpleasant surprise after he helped me to place some water leak detectors under our water heaters. We now have a new water heater, even though John worked after 6:00 and in a torrential downpour. Please send him next time when we need Ben Franklin again.

Did a great job and stayed in the initial bid. Always took phone calls and when issues arose they sent a guy out immediately to make sure I passed inspection. Final trim isn't complete yet but i'm confident it will look nice.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).
