Great service and staff. King Rooter got me in for an emergency service for a backed-up kitchen sink. Alfonso came out for a 2nd appointment to fully clean the pipes. Alfonso and the other team members who visited were highly professional and helpful. Recommend!

We called Roto Rooter on a Saturday afternoon/early evening for leaking water heater. Kenny was able to come in early Sunday morning and immediately assessed the problem. Our water heaters are old (we had two water heaters in series dated 2005) and we knew we needed to replace them. He gave us a very reasonable quote (the last quote we received was double the quote he gave us) and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. The next morning he arrived early as promised with Caleb and Bryce and started the work right away. All three RR employees were polite, efficient and addressed any questions of concern immediately if asked. The water heaters were replaced in parallel and everything else brought up to code. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the work area well. They explained their work and never asked above the quote that was given. I was very impressed with their work and highly recommend this company!

Christopher's Plumbing replaced a bathroom fixture in my residence. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and high quality work. The old fixture was difficult to remove, and they were very careful not to damage any of the remaining cabinets and sink. It took them about 2 times longer than estimated; however, they did not bill me for the extra time.

I 100% trust these guys and will never call a different plumber for as long as I live. My first call to them was for a leaky pipe that I had cheaply patched. They took a look and told me some not great news which was to save my money up because I'm going to need to replace all of the pipes in my house, and soon. I called them up about 4 months later ready to take on the project. Adam remembered me after just a few details and came out the next day, gave me my estimate, and started the project 2 days later. They were considerate of my work schedule and on top of all of our requests. They installed a new toilet for me during the project and added a water line to my fridge, both without any extra charge. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had direct communication with the team and timely updates from them throughout the project. Its obvious these guys are experts and I'm so glad to have them as a resource. I'm very impressed and pleased. Plus, you couldn't meet a friendlier group of individuals. Honest. On time. A good guy who knows his stuff. That's the experience of working with Travis. He came to our home to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing quite right, made some small adjustments in the tank and, once he was done, said to consider his visit as if he were stopping by to provide an estimate (no charge) since the work was so minimal. We will definitely call Travis again for any plumbing project, big or small. Highly recommend!
