Best HVAC System Repair in Denver CO

I don’t understand how this company is rated so high. I had an hvac employee come to my home to diagnose my ac. I was given a 10k+ invoice to replace my entire unit! Then they tried to get me to refinance the unit for 12% interest since I didn’t have that in cash! I asked three times for a written diagnosis and a detailed itemized invoice so I could do some research on my own. (Still haven’t received this information even though I paid for it). $10,000+ is a huge financial commitment. Why wouldn’t I require this basic information in order to make a final decision?Instead of receiving an detailed itemized invoice and a written diagnostic like I asked for, the sales representative tried to use unethical sales tactics with me by mentioning that it will get “warm soon” and that I should make a decision… as though $10,000 wasn’t a big deal.Most people can’t afford an $10,000+ expense and do not want to place that financial burden on a family member or a friend…. I personally believe they were trying to take advantage of a pregnant woman and didn’t want me to research other alternatives. The lack of transparency was concerning. I do not recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Simpson water heater repair. I called them late at night when our water heater broke and they were extremely helpful. Very fair priced, on time and went above and beyond to make sure we had our water heater replaced right way.

Shane and Jose did a scheduled annual check-up and routine service on my furnace. They were polite, knowledgeable, and mindful of COVID cautions. The service was accomplished quickly and properly.

Great local company with amazing attention to detail. We sent a request for a quote and within 24 hours we had an appointment that accommodated our work schedule.

Nate and Max were scheduled for our in home quote and we received confirmation over text prior to the appointment which provided great detail on how to make any changes if necessary. On the day of the appointment we were reminded of the time frame and again prompted to reach out if any changes were necessary.

Before we reached our scheduled time frame Nate provided a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and let me know he and Max would arrive shortly. On arrival I was already impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Nate and Max greeted me at the door they were both in company uniform, presentable and courteous of our home even wearing boot covers. We briefly discussed work to be completed and they began a survey of our furnace, ducting and where to install an AC unit.

We determined there needed to be an update to our electrical panel to handle the AC unit and Nate provided great detail on that and offered help finding an electrician to complete that work as well.

After that we sat down to discuss our options for our new furnace and AC. Nate provided multiple options which included handouts detailing each system with all specifications. We decided on a few different packages that ranged in price and level of efficiency. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but the honesty and transparency provided by To The T made us feel great about our options. Shortly after our appointment ended we received a quote with multiple options as discussed.

We chose to go with a quote provided by To The T and we could not be more happy with that decision.

On the day of our install the crew called with another courtesy call to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. Not only did they provide exactly what they promised they were extremely pleasant. Second to none with customer service and professionalism. Big thanks to Nate Kam and Max for doing such a great job with everything!

Billing and scheduling was handled by Jen in their office and she was available to answer all of our questions also providing outstanding customer service.
