I felt the quote initially was steep for a service call to clean out Jack and Jill sink clog ($503) but went forward anyway. The job proved challenging for the tech which took exactly 2-hrs. Because of the difficulties he encountered to clear drain, he wanted to charge me more for use of camera and the 2nd hour. I mentioned he never said that. He said it would be $503 to clear clog. He agreed and we moved forward….job completed with 60-day warranty. I appreciated him doing the right thing and only charging me what he quoted.

I was accused of berating the employees after talking to one of them for 2 minutes. I was trying to find out why my job wasn't going to be completed when I was told it would be. Then I was told that I look down on plumbers and think my husband is better than a plumber because he is a city council member. (Volunteer member) I have NEVER responded that way to anyone. We all have skills that others do not. That is why I called a plumber. I was talked over and dismissed and then LIED TO. I was told that as a city council member's wife I should know that an inspection was needed before the job could be completed. REALLY????!!!!! This is the first I had heard about an inspection. Ok, fine. Without the inspection, he would put any liability for the work on me. Oh he!! no. When will that be done? I was told I had a better idea of that since my husband was on city council. REALLY???!!! This guy has no idea what a city council person does. But my husband was at a city event and asked the public works director if an inspection was needed. Guess what.....NO. So my husband calls the plumber and tells him this. Plumber says well all of the cities have different codes. But plumber said that is why the job couldn't be completed. So plumber now back tracks and says they took pictures and they could use those if an inspection was needed and they would be out on Monday to finish the work.Oh and the master plumber listed on the invoice was not the plumber we were talking to. We never saw the master plumber.

Devon (electrician) explained the problem in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me multiple choices with different pricing so I could decide what worked for my budget. I was very impressed with how professional he was. Highly recommend this company.
