If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

I must give great thanks to Mr Rooter Plumbing. I came home from vacation only to find that my water heater had been leaking for some time...Mr Rooter sent Jeff D....Jeff was awesome...he was quick to assess the problem...I must admit I was a bit overwelmed, but Jeff was so patient...even in 100 plus temperatures, Jeff was able to remove the old water heater and install a new one in the same day...thank you for everything!
