Best Trenchless Sewer Line Repair And Replacement in Dallas TX

AL&L have been fantastic. I brought in 6 local companies for bids to do a complete repipe of my 70+ year old cast iron sewer system and bring it up to modern standards. Not only was AL&L the best priced of them all, but they were the only one to offer a 10 year warranty on the work, no one else came even close to that confidence in their work. Unfortunately, we had incredible referrals to Baker Brother's, but after waiting all day for them to show (working from home) and moving our day around because they would squeeze us in.... I actually had to call them at 3:30PM, and was appalled to be told they cancelled our appointment because they couldn't reach us. But neither my husband or I had any missing messages or missed calls. Upfront and honest communication like, we're actually booked today, we can come tomorrow would be a better solution than blatant dishonesty. I'm hoping that they work to fix this communication error in the future because clearly their actual work seems to be satisfactory per word of mouth referral.

Replaced pipes

They could not unclog my line. Turns out it was wipes in the pipe which I cleaned out with a $15 home depot auger. They still collected the $107 fee and told me that the $399 hydrojet service could get it done.
Guys were punctual and polite.
