Best Trenchless Sewer Line Repair in Dallas TX

I cannot say enough good things about Chad, Christian, and everyone else at Accurate Leak & Line!We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

Armando and Marcus were above expectations!!! They were courteous and helpful, explaining everything they were doing. I hope I can get them every time I call. They were excellent and friendly.

We got a pipe that burst in one of our bathrooms. When they arrived they said that I needed an exterior shut off valve installed by code. The repairs of the pipe was find beside the cold water doesn't work on our tub got another plumber to fix it. But then called the Coppell code enforcement officer, and I was told that this shut off valve wasn't necessary at all and wasn't code. I called the company was told the manager would call me back but never heard from him/her.I was only able to text after they said they where coming to install the shut off valve. Then I received a text by someone that the service was canceled, but they where only reimbursing me 1000$ from the 2800$ that I had to pay upfront for the services.Base on this tactic to tell customers that it's code required to get something done during a state of emergency. I think this company is using dubious tactic to charge customer in an emergency situation. I would shop somewhere else has these tactic are not professional at all.Update: 3/24/2021I have now filled a complaint with the attorney General case # CGS-278977.I filled a complaint with the Texas plumbing authorities.I also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau case# 91577915We are now looking for attorney for legal action.

I had an old kitchen sink removed & a new sink installed . Cooper took his time to locate a replacement sink which was a different configuation . Cooper was the best service technician i hgave ever had at my house .He has it all in Customer Service .,VERN M ALLRED

I have used Texas Blessed plumbing several times over the last several years. Matt has replaced our toilets, a garbage disposal, a faucet, and fixed various clog issues. He is very courteous, and repairs/replaces the item correctly on the first trip out. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

As we needed a gas line for outdoor kitchen, I approached Reliable Sewer/Drain and their technician, Curtis, came within a day. I explained about the grill that we have ordered, where the concrete will poured and the length and width of the grill (from Costco) and they gave a quote of $2.8K to run a ten foot line from existing gas pipe to the grill location. As I didn't want to take any risk with independent contractors, I went ahead with their services they finished the work with in 3 days (including city permission) and I was super impressive. However, as soon as we installed the grill, the flame on first burner was very small and same with other couple of burners. I sensed something wrong and requested them to visit and in the two minutes, the same technician said there is not enough gas pressure (not even for a small stove) and that we have to go with a new line and for that I will have to spend another $4K. That was shocking not because of this new $4K but because I spent another $10K in the side yard with new irrigation line, pavers and re-installed few other things after they installed the first line. Now they want to dig everything and the response is unimaginable. I don't want to blame anyone for choosing this business but I am ashamed of myself in trusting them. Lesson learnt.Note: This is my very first online review of any sort of business. So, you can think the pain I went through.
