Best Trenchless Sewer in Dallas TX

This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. This is a good Company and an honest owner. Bathroom is fixed and my wife is happy!... So am I... you can't get much better! Thank you! Anthony Collins.

Technician was nice. But company is overpriced and buckle and dined me around every corner. Go to roto rooter plumbing co. Instead.

I was skeptical in the beginning and had called several places but after contacting Rc pros and talking to Thomas Sherrod I was more comfortable. Thomas Sherrod was very efficient and he definitely ease my mind and he was the reason I chose Rc pros. 24hrs prior to going to Home Depot and picking out a water heater with the same specs and dimensions. Home depot offered to have it installed the next day. I was quoted a price I was happy with and felt comfortable with the whole experience. The next day at work I get call from my wife saying the Home Depot plumber looked at the existing water heater in the attic and said it would never fit and we would need to source an older 2015 model or go tankless, then they quickly left. I immediately called Baker Brothers after hearing this and had a new water heater installed in less then 5 hours. Julio and Steven arrived and installed exactly the same size and specification water heater I picked out at Home Depot. They were very professional and did quality work, installing additional parts to fit our home's needs at no extra cost. I paid a little more than the box store but a night a day different experience was received. Another lesson learned for myself that you get what you pay for sometimes and Baker Brothers will get it done right.

This was the most amazing service. My home warranty service left me high and wet. My hot water heater was leaking and I called and they got me 2 new hot water heaters the same day I called and installed. Everyone one else was telling me 2 to 4 days before they could help. The guys that came to my home were great and professional I will be calling again when I need plumbing service
