Although the overall diagnosis is alarming, the toilets are at least functioning in the meantime and will get us through the holidays. Our technician was knowledgeable and very professional, and broke the news to us about the old Iron pipes beneath the house gently. He gave us good advice that will be followed rigorously.

Will claim their workmanship is not the problem at day 91 post repair and ask to charge you full price to redo their work.Also had to schedule an emergency call for 2 calendar days after the work failed. Causing me to go without water for 3 days.Then they were 6-8 hours late showing up and couldn't complete the repair the same day. They could just cap it and schedule a follow up visit. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. That time frame is going to be 2 days I was told.That's the final straw for me. Three strikes you're out.The final repair I am taking elsewhere. They lost a customer.
