Best Toilet Installed in Dallas TX

I have had Hooper Plumbing and A/C as part of my home maintenance team for over 15 years. They have helped me through backed up plumbing, frozen pipes, broken hot water heaters and general maintenance on my home and rental properties I had. I think this company and the people they hire are the top of their class.

Terrible. Liars. Dishonest. Sink violated forever now. Give me back my money.

Henry came for the annual heating system maintenance & was very thorough & professional. He explained everything he did & showed me pictures. Changes my air filters for me as well. I am a happy customer.

I used this company for several years until this guy (an old hispanic guy) came with an attitude and installed a facet on top of the dirt from the old facet. When i went to the office to let them know, the lady acted as if it was my imagination. I asked her to fix the problem with a promise that I wouldn't call them again. The president (owner?) came and was excusing the guy by saying that the dirt was difficult to clean. Then, he told me he would open it just for my own satisfaction. He opened it and I cleaned it, leaving it spotless. (The dirt was obvious, since it could be seen mixed with the clear cocking around it) He put it back and gave me the money back.

Everyone was so professional and nice since the first time I called! From the people I spoke with over the phone, to Jose the technician that came to my house. Jose was really helpful with my questions and professional. I also like the fact that they send you ahead of time a picture of the technician that is going to your house by text, and call you like they said they would. Great customer service! Recommended 100%!

Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
