He was on time and explained my potential issues before completing the work. He also took the time to show me where my shut off valves were and how the plumbing system works. We just replaced the water heater in our apartment. We had a Bradford White electric tank heater, which worked very well for 10 years. We replaced the old unit with another Bradford White in accordance with our building recommendations. Jeremy Brown was our technician. He was wonderful. He replaced the unit efficiently and quickly. We would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only if you need to replace your unit. Ask for Jeremy! You will be glad you did.

My toilet was backing up because of a clogged line. Called them up late afternoon and received an appointment the next morning. Scott arrived promptly at the set time, unlike most companies that give a 4hr window. In less than an hour my plumbing was good as new. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was very reasonable for work completed. Will definitely use again in the future.
