I own a new house, and JS plumbing was the one installed the faucets and stuff. During final month of home warranty- I brought the issue up : bath tub hot water handler is not stopping at off position. It was that way since day ONE.And the lady working for J&S replied saying it is ME who broke it. Lying and accusing customer based off of nothing.If I can give you a negative 5 stars I would. The field guy who doing the fix is actually cool. The office lady who works in such a bad and lying attitude is the one who will bring down the business.
