Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

If you've done any AC work, you know how invaluable this service is!2. GREG helped me -- GREG IS AWESOME. I had a blown contactor, and he helped me figure it out and replace it. On a holiday weekend, a dead blower effectively means NO AIR, and $200+ service call to fix it. GREG sold me a new contactor for $32, tested it on the bench before he sold it to me, and sent me on my way, knowing my problem would be resolved. GREG IS AWESOME.3. Installed the new contactor, and I was up and running in 30 minutes! Most AC places want to rack up a service charge, so having a place that does over the counter consulting and parts replacement is INVALUABLE to those of us who don't or can't wait for a service call on a long, holiday weekend! Do not invite these people into your home. Chris verbally contracted to remodel our shower. We contracted a bench, shelves, and door to be hung. When the time came for the work, he then stated he had not said he would do this work. There was no written contract. Chris said no need for a written contract. He wanted to charge an additional 600 dollars to hang the new shower door. This would have been additional cost to the 5500 dollars charged. We now have a shower with tile, drain pipe and shower head, No door, no bench, no shelves. I had left my Judith Ripka chocolate brown watch out where the shower handle was located, IT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. IT IS GONE!!! I have searched EVERYWHERE, my favorite watch I have NEVER misplaced. Louis and his female help put up the tile and the shower head. They left a huge mess. Santos BROKE the old shower door , they had taken down , they left this shattered glass in our street and yard. My daughter had to get out there and sweep up the glass. Santos had placed a bag of broken tile on the door left in bulk trash, this shattered it everywhere. No one bothered to clean the broken glass up. DO NOT HIRE THESE people. Andrea Roland
