Best New Bathtub in Dallas TX

Edited for follow up visit / updated rating:Leaky shower. Technician came out, replaced a few parts, scurried right by me through the living room, looked me dead in the eyes and said the job was done before heading to his van and dashing. Big surprise, the shower was still leaking when I went back to check it. Reached out to them the next day as it was after hours when the kid left and they told me they'd be out same day to fix it. This didn't happen. Called again the next day and was told again that they'd be out here ASAP. Long story short, I'm still waiting two weeks later. Not sure if same day and ASAP have different connotations where they come from but in humble opinion, this is unacceptable. Seems once they have your money, you are no longer a priority for their services (customer or rendered). If you use these guys, watch over their shoulder I guess. Or maybe use a more reputable company. I see really good reviews on here so maybe this is a new shift in the business model but who knows. Be wary.If you guys want a better review, maybe follow through with your obligations.Edit:I'll say I expected to leave a much more scathing follow up but once everyone was on board, Tribeca (or more accurately, the pro who came out) made correcting the issue as painless as possible considering..Spoke with the owner. After discussing a few times his concern with my review and moving the conversation toward a more results-oriented direction, he was very accommodating. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning (6:30 today), and the techs showed up early which is always nice.They fixed the aforementioned issue, the drain plug that was initially neglected, and referred me to another company to obtain the cover plates/escutcheons to cover the holes that were left open under the new knobs. I do wish these things were addressed when when we had the initial work done a few weeks ago, but I'm still appreciative. I hope 2 extra stars is fair considering the time it took to get this completed. My sincere thanks to everyone involved.

I called every “24/7” “emergency HVAC” company listed on Google. ARS was the ONLY company that lives up to the claim of emergency HVAC. I called and spoke with Ethel and told her that I had called 20 other companies and no one had offer any assistance even though their listings says “open 24/7”. I felt that Ethel really cared and sympathized with me. My house is 3 levels and each level was 89 degrees and higher as you climbed the stairs. It was literally the middle of the night and I had been on the phone with these other disappointing companies for at least 3 hours. Ethel got in touch with Scott, the manager and he came from over an hour away to get me and my dog some air conditioning going. The part was under warranty and he informed me of the emergency service call fee which was by far much cheaper than I had expected. I was 100 percent satisfied and will recommend this company for HVAC needs... regular and emergency. They are AWESOME!!!!!!

I go to them for all our plumbing needs for both my business and personal home. Honest and dependable!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First off I would like to say the crew that was at my house was very respectful and polite and the overall results of the work they did complete was of good quality. My main problem has to do with the lack of communication and the disrespect of the owner Chris. Please save yourself the trouble and do not do business with this company. I did a walk through of my house with Chris originally. My house is basically new construction and I hired Chris to install the the interior doors and baseboards. There was 9 interior doors and about 250 feet of baseboards in the whole house. During our walkthrough Chris said 1-2 days at the most to get it all done. During the first day I did a walkthrough with the crew leader AB (who is a very friendly and great crew leader) and we discussed which direction I wanted every door to swing open as I had purchased all the doors already. When I came back after they were done the first day I found they had installed only 4 doors so far and 2 of them were installed backwards. I advised AB of this and he said they would fix it, which they did the second day but now I was paying $180 per hour for them to fix their mistake. Mid day of day 2 I asked Chris and AB if it would be all done by the end of the day and was told yes it still would be. I returned at the end of the day to find 6 out of the 9 doors done and about 70% of the baseboards done. The crew said they would have to come back, which I replied don’t bother because I can’t keep paying that much for slow work. I paid $3,500 for a not finished project that should have taken 2 days at the most. Later that evening I receive a text from Chris asking if I was satisfied and I sent a reply advising I was not and outlining the issues I had with the services. He replied with disrespectful texts which I will include in the pictures for proof. Please do not do business with this guy! His employees are nice but the ownership is a joke. I hope his employees find a better company to work for in the future.
