Best Hydro Jetting Rooter in Dallas TX

We had a problem with a water line that ran under the house and was causing our toilets to back up. It had happened in the past and cost us a lot of money to have repairs done. We had tried several different plumbers before and none of them actually fixed the problem. They would just basically put a Band-Aid on it and leave as fast as they could. Then we found Mr. Rooter. I cannot recommend this company high enough! They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to correct our problem. My dad is elderly and sadly people have tried to scam him before but Mr. Rooter stayed true to their estimate. They even rehung our shower curtain and was very mindful not to let our dog out the door! They would not leave until our problem was solved and we are so thankful to have found them! We will never use another company! Thank you Mr. Rooter!

If i could give a zero i would, i called around 3:30, set apt for them to come and unclog kitchen drain. Waited n waited and called at 6 pm too check when they were coming because they close at 7 and was told im sorry they are busy and cant come, can we come tomorrow. I advised no i work from home and was not able to to be available tomorrow. First time calling and will be the last, they gave no notice i had to find someone that would come after hr and extra charge......DONT USE!!!

CPR Plumbing is FANTASTIC! We've used them for several different jobs now and each time Chad and his crew have always been polite, professional, on time and their work is superb. We've priced out other companies, and have used other plumbers in the past, but CPR pricing beats all the others (and you still get the quality work!). This past project with CPR had a little hiccup, but they handled it with class and completely took care of us - a toilet we purchased ourselves from Home Depot had a defect and no one knew until it was installed and we went to use it that next morning. Long story short, we swapped out the toilet and CPR came back to uninstall the bad and install the good without charging us again! They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault we had a bad toilet. They truly care about their customers. Thanks CPR!!!!!
