Had a toilet back up late on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. Metro sent out help within the hour and they fixed our problem before 9pm.We knew they would charge more for an after-hours call but we definitely got what we paid for.Would definitely recommend them for speedy service and courtesy.

Kenny came out to inspect our A/C and make sure it is ready for summer. He messaged to give me and ETA and arrived on time. Kenny kept us informed as he inspected and he was very thorough. Very satisfied with the experience!

I was quoted Over $1500 for replacing seals on 2 outdoor facets.ALSO if anything went wrong and they had to remove brick over $3000. NOT INCLUDING FIXING THE BRICK BACKI called because i wanted a professional. There is a difference in rip off prices like these and what the job is worth.I would only use this company in a last resort situation.such a shame.Oh well off to HomeDepo for some new tools for me.

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.$5000? What a joke.

Called this company to fix a water leak in my kitchen and i got the worst business ive ever got from a company & its employees. The guy came in & took my dishwasher out to fix a leak & broke my dishwasher to the point that its not fixable. I left & went to the store & left my 17 year old son at home with them & after they so called fixed the leak...they left my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and called me when they left & said the dishwasher was trash so they left it out. Called the guy when i got home & he said the dishwasher was trash & hes not coming back to put it in.

Did not solve our problem and ran up the bill. After four hours, wanted to come back for a video scope for $500+. to see what they needed to do. Called another plumber who solved the problem in 20 minutes. Should have believed their one-star review in yelp
