I've used Dallas Plumbing three times now. Two times on my own home, once for plumbing and once for a/c. Today 3/20/16, Dallas Plumbing Co serviced my boss's a/c unit in a home that is pending sale. It was important to get it done as soon as possible to satisfy the repair requirements. As always, they were prompt and charged a reasonable fee. DPC has been in business for more than 100 years and their excellent, professional service shows why! Love Dallas Plumbing Company!

They gave me false reading on the coil in the attic. They try to charge me a lot of money so I called someone else and when they came they as lso went in the attic but they told me all I need is freon I'm not sure of the spelling but I'm sure everyone knows what I'm trying yo say. By 10 o'clock that night I had air again. I called to complain and they wanted me to send the papers that the other company gave me to them. They know they were wrong, I will never recommend them to anyone.

Philip, showed up ready to help he is an awesome guy! Him and his boss talked and worked me an amazing deal. The installation team was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. My house is nice and cold and you can barely hear the unit running. I can't recommend A-Star enough. Great company, great service, and great people.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
