Walker Air did a great job on my new HVAC system - in all areas:- Bidding- Sales practices- Price-ServiceI wanted a high-end Trane or American Standard system to replace my old system. My brother used to be an HVAC contractor in DFW, and recommended I buy a system with a variable speed compressor, variable speed fan, and modulating flame furnace. I wasn't looking for one with the lowest operating costs, rather one with the highest comfort level.Walker bid exactly what I was looking for, while other contractors either tried to talk me out of the modulating furnace, or suggest other A/C brands. Cory followed up with me after putting together the bid, and answered all my questions. He reminded me of the way my brother used to do business – low pressure and knowledgeable. We emailed back and forth many times – which I appreciated.Walker was low bidder on the project.The install went well – the crew was professional...no issues.There was a hiccup with A/C after the install. The 'dome temperature sensor' was faulty, which caused the system to think the compressor was running hot – shutting it down prematurely. Derek from Walker made the diagnosis, then consulted with Trane Technical Support to come up with a temporary fix while we wait for a replacement sensor. I was very impressed with Derek's skill.I'm very pleased with Walker Air, and am convinced I chose the right HVAC company.

Thank you for sending technician Chris McGowan! He was extremely professional and provided me with great detail on how to operate and care for my unit. I find that people will feel obligated to express their complaints BUT I can only give this feedback as a compliment to such an awesome technician.. Since moving into my home every person has asked me to give them 5 stars; Chris never advised me of completing a survey so this comes straight from the heart. Chris is a true asset to this company he deserves the recognition. I will recommend A-STAR to friends and family if they need any plumbing or HVAC services.

Air Force 1 has been helping me repair and servicing my families HVAC systems for over 20 years . We have had nothing but good experiences with any of their techs or store front support.

Day after installation:System is 10x better than previous one (or so I thought). Installation (I thought) was great, couldn’t be happier with the job they did (I thought). Highly recommend using Frymire over any other option out there! (No longer accurate-see below)3 months in:Have needed 3 visits with them patching something they missed the previous time, and making new problems each time thereafter after I inspect their work. Shame on me for assuming their work would be good and not inspecting it thoroughly each time. Roy, who led me through the whole process recently said they would make necessary repairs and now has not responded and Frymire today said my case is resolved meaning they don’t see any other issues. I’m also paying a monthly amount for what they call VIP service and this is the experience. To top it all off, now there is 1 inch of water in the drain pan and I found another huge gap that they missed sealing properly after installation and 3 separate visits.If Frymire corrects this, as they should, and have told me they would, I will edit this review. I’m a fair person and all I expect is fairness in return. For now, I highly recommend going with anyone other than Frymire for a new system installation and service. There shouldn’t be this many issues with a brand new system

Absolutely the most professional caring knowledgeable business and staff that I have worked with in a long time the price phenomenal I give them a five-star rating and love who they are as a company and what they stand for.

My heater wasn't working and it's 30 degrees outside. They gave me an appointment time for 3:30, so I made sure I was home by 3:15. An hour later I called their office since no one had arrived. They said someone had come by my house around 2:30 and no one was home. They offered to have someone else come out, but would be charged an emergency rate, or wait until Tuesday since Monday is a holiday. I have used them for 7 years, but never again.
