My experience with Astar Heating & Air via Vincent Marrone, was an extremely awesome experience.They installed a complete system for my parents 1 year ago, and they are 100% satisfied with their unit, so I decided to give them a call.We were having issues with our 10 year system and I called Astar. Vincent did an amazing job of servicing the unit, and he took the time to bring me into the attic to show me what he discovered.Although it was determined we needed a new system, we felt completely at ease with the final analysis.Not only did Vincent help me into the attic(I am afraid of heights), he patiently showed me the areas of my unit that were malfunctioning and covered with harmful mold & bacteria. I read that these issues can cause health issues, and we felt it was in our best interest to replace the unit since I have asthma.Vincent was so patient with me, and he answered all of the 100 questions that I had l, regarding our options, the existing unit, and the new unit that we purchased.Vincent is awesome, and he made our decision to purchase a new A/C unit with Astar Heating & Air, an easy one. They even have financing options for qualified individuals!!Therefore, I would highly recommend Astar Heating & Air to all my family and friends, and anyone who is seeking a great company that is trustworthy, and stands behind their work.Great Job!!! ??Patrice

Update: They came back out and fixed it. Everything is resolved at this point. Standing by a 2 star rating due to the lengthy, complicated, and frustrating process of resolving this issue compounded with the three different diagnoses of what was causing the issue across three different visits from three different technicians at this company.My experience with this company has been horrible. This is the company my home warranty company dispatched. I had water in a drain pan in my attic. First call they unclogged the drain line but water was still pooling in the drain pan afterwards. Second call they were in the attic for 30 seconds and said my plumbing made no sense and that's why it's leaking. Home warranty wouldn't cover it but I was told it would fix the problem so we replaced the drain pan and redid the plumbing on a 3rd visit from them. Guys tried to leave but I went to check the attic first. Still leaking...informed the install guys who told me my evaporator coils were leaking and that's what was wrong. Said I'd have to file a new claim with home warranty. Multiple calls with home warranty and Right Call Solutions later they came out today for the 4th time to replace the evaporator coils and the drain pan they just installed. Not leaking anymore but the evaporator coil shroud has a several inch gap between that and the unit so cold air is just blowing into my attic now.

Great experience so far. Timely arrival, polite technician. Very respectful of the COVID-19 distancing. He had his gloves and mask on.
