I would say thank you to Raymond for always getting the job done, even when we all you in the late evening. I can't say another plumber would have come out stayed until the job was done even if that meant 9:30 or 10:00 pm and didn't add any extra charges to our bill. You came out got the job done. Sorry to say I truly don't like leaving negative reviews however, I did not even attempt to utilize this company's service as I called to have someone come give an estimate or bid for work that needed to be done at my place and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Is this what businesses have come to- poor customer service right out the gate? They were recommended to me by a work associate. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using their services nor refer to anyone else.

BAIT AND SWITCH con's we had two toilets replaced and work was done great! Nothing bad about the workmanship. After I paid the the invoice that stated everything done including the replacement of both toilets the office called me back to say they forgot to charge me for two toilets and I told her the invoice says I paid for two and I suggested they go to small claims court so I can show the judge my copy of the invoice. I would love to see the look on Judge Judy's face when I show her what they were trying to do. Im not sure what kind of scam they are trying to do. SMH

We have had very positive experiences with this company. They have handled a few different jobs for us, including replacing our sewer line. Their plumbers have been professional and friendly. They show up on time, they do good work, they take the time to explain what they’re doing, and they are reasonably priced. I personally don’t understand the negative reviews on their Google page at all as our experiences have always been positive. But I would say that it also says a lot that they respond to any negative reviews and appear to try and work out the situation. We have been very happy with Owen Plumbing.
