James came to our residence immediately. He was very professional and started performing the services right away. We had a really bad water leak. James made the neccessary repairs as well as other needed repairs. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable. I would recommend Ocean Plumbing to anyone for a quality job.

The person who answered the phone both times, when I first called and when I called again to check on when the plumber will arrive, were very professional and patient. I called to ask if they give quotes for commercial projects. The man was extremely rude stated they only work with local contractors. Which is fine but he literally hung up right after. Geez customer services at its worst. Could have handled it nicer.

After being let down by another company (for multiple days) that I recently received a service by, this company not only ensured to keep me informed of my service window, but actually performed the service within the hour, and took less than an hour to complete the service. I highly recommend them. My technician was professional, experienced, communicative, and overall great! Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.

You cannot rely on this place. On drove in from Beeville and arrived 10 minutes before 12, their normal closing time and they were closed. I called and all they could say is due to a software update they closed 30 min early. Google maps showed they were open.

I was inquiring a position they needed filled, the guy told me w/my 10 yr experience in steel fabrication he'd start me out at $15 an hr.
so i showed up to look around, once he saw me, he quickly said i can pay you $10 an hr not the initial $15 that i would expect to do what he was asking (i could run this place easy), While the job description entailed

I didn't get a chance to meet any of the technicians. I called to get a clogged line cleaned out, the guy was nice enough, but he informed me they only work on new construction. Hmmm...Should Advertise that instead of wasting my time.
