Called for a leak under our deck that resulted in having to turn our water off. Chris and Brent came within a 1/2 hour, capped it, and returned the next day (Christmas Eve!) to do a more permanent fix. Great service at reasonable price. Will use them again, no question!!

Had a water heater go out in one of our cabins late on a Friday evening. Josh dropped what he was doing and drove all the way down here and knocked it out in no time. Friendly service, quick service and attention to detail. Highly recommended from Baffin on the Rocks.

Tom showed up the same day as I called to give me a quote for a full AC replacement. Three days later, they showed up on time with everything they needed for the install and had it completed quickly. I went ahead and had insulation blown in while they were here for the other work. So glad we got this done, and impressed on the turnaround. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new AC or service on their existing equipment!

The work was done and explained to me along the way. Anything that was done was always run by me first. Clayton and Art were very respectful and seem to work well together. I had scheduled for a hydro jet drain cleaning and was informed when he got here that the individual just came here for an estimate and couldn't do it today. Another thing is he came 6 hrs late and wasted my time by being unable to do anything. By far the worst service would not recommend.

Back in 2012 I had my whole ac replaced from inside to outside including the duck work . I couldn’t get in the attic to make sure that the work was done the way they said it was done and the way the drawings showed. Now it’s 2023 and had water in a light cover that could have burned my house down. Opened up the ceiling and to my surprises I had 12 feet of old duck work that they had spliced to new duck work. Once I told Malek AC about it they came out and saw all of the sweating on the old duct work they gave me a quote for $1900. I though I had already paid for it. I would never use Malek AC again. I don’t trust them at all. Tiger AC come out to replace the air duck for $275.00 so be very careful who you call.
